Natalie Ambrose

Natalie Ambrose is a Lecturer for the Oklahoma State University Department of Theatre. Having received her M.A. with OSU Theatre, Natalie specializes as a stage director as well as a scenic and lighting designer. Her rehearsal techniques include Viewpoints, the Meisner Technique, and script work based on John Basil's approach to Shakespearean text. Natalie's most recent directing credits include recurring productions with FX: A Family Ministry Experience (since 2009), The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (2007), Glengarry Glen Ross (2006), and serving as the assistant director for Julius Caesar (2006), and School for Wives (2005). Natalie has worked as the technical director and with the acting students for the Oklahoma Arts Institute at Quartz Mountain. In addition to teaching for OSU Theatre, Natalie directs FX: The Family Experience and does Creative Arts Family Ministries at Sunnybrook Christian Church in Stillwater, OK. Natalie is married and has a daughter, a son, and a baby girl.
